SHARED BASKET BOOKINGS If you have not purchased trip insurance, we require at least 72 hours’ written notice before your scheduled meeting time to cancel your reservation. This allows us enough time to offer your space to other guests. If you have purchased trip insurance, you may cancel up to 8 hours before your scheduled meeting time, no questions asked, and receive a flight credit. You can reschedule your flight within 1 year at no additional fee. For groups of 6–13 passengers, we require 10 days’ written notice (email) before the flight meeting time to cancel or adjust the reservation. For groups of 14 or more passengers, we require at least 20 days’ written notice before the meeting time to cancel or reschedule any passengers. If we need to cancel your flight for any reason, you will have the option to either reschedule or receive a full refund, minus trip insurance, processing, and booking fees. PRIVATE FLIGHTS For all private flights, we require at least 14 days’ written notice before the meeting time so that we have the opportunity to fill the space.
